Request architectural approval

Planning a change to the outside of your home or yard? Get approval from the Architectural Review Committee before you start work. Most requests take about 5 minutes.

Have these ready

  • A description of the project, with sizes, materials, and colors
  • Planned start and completion dates
  • Plans, drawings, or photos (optional, but they speed up review)
  • If a contractor is doing the work: their certificate of insurance

  • I may be required to alter or remove my improvement if it does not follow the plan as submitted and approved.
  • I will not begin my project before receiving formal approval from the Architectural Committee.
